Why hire a Pitbull and not a Poodle?

From hiring an attorney to hiring a realtor to represent your interest, the type of person you hire matters.  Both have a fiduciary duty to you.  Both are to protect your interest and negotiate the best outcome for you.  Both can affect your life.

Just like a pitbull can be loyal and loving to its owner, it will also protect its owner like no other.  If you need protection would you feel safe with a team of Poodles or Pitbulls?  That is what realtor Sotero M Lopez II believes and is passionate about.  "Nothing I hate more than to see people's money taken from either an attorney or a realtor and in return giving weak representation.
